Reports to : Food and Beverage Supervisor, Food and Beverage Manager
Report to work punctually and as scheduled.
Always wear correct uniform with high standard of personal grooming.
Prepare all condiments needed.
Look after all the guest needs in the restaurant for food and beverage service items.
Assisting manager & other service staff and when required.
Report to F&B Supervisors of any problem or hazardous situation.
Maintain good communication between all the cooks, stewards, waiting & bar staff
Assist daily requisition of store items and linen.
Handover with next waiter / waitress on any information in responsible section.
Must adhere to the resort employee handbook.
Cleanliness of the working area with proper hygiene and sanitation and protection to ensure work safety and health.
Ensure all rubbish is kept separated.
Assume other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Supervisor / Captain

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 2 years of experience.
Exellent oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
LANGUAGES : Exellent English and Vietnamese
