Implement quality control requirements, coordinate with related departments and allocate internal resources to implement quality control activities to ensure the effectiveness of the given
targets.
Consult solutions to overcome and prevent risks, not guarantee quality for Property Management.
Formulate / improve working processes to meet operational needs.
Guide / train awareness of the quality and operating document system for employees (especially new employees / new projects).
Coordinate with the Operation team to construct the checklist to evaluate the operation of the Project.
Conduct independent assessment or coordinate the operation to assess the quality and operational efficiency of : Material facilities, beauty, hygiene, security and environmental landscape;
Maintenance and maintain assets ... periodically at the project; Fire safety, labor safety / hygiene and food safety (if any); Other operations ...
Plan regular / irregular internal audits, and suggest support resources (expertise) - if needed.
Check and verify the incidents affecting the image and reputation of the Company, the client reflection.
Report, analyze, evaluate and propose solutions to maintain (overcome / prevent) and improve service quality (including document improvement).
Follow corrective actions, prevent and
propose solutions (if any).
Perform other duties as assigned - Excellence in English
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
Good listening, analytical, and presentation skills.
