We have opportunities for potential Quality Control Manager . The primary focus of this role is on service quality, whilst ensuring efficient management The successful candidate will enjoy working within a great team with a defined career development pathway.

  • Implement quality control requirements, coordinate with related departments and allocate internal resources to implement quality control activities to ensure the effectiveness of the given
  • targets.

  • Consult solutions to overcome and prevent risks, not guarantee quality for Property Management.
  • Formulate / improve working processes to meet operational needs.
  • Guide / train awareness of the quality and operating document system for employees (especially new employees / new projects).
  • Coordinate with the Operation team to construct the checklist to evaluate the operation of the Project.
  • Conduct independent assessment or coordinate the operation to assess the quality and operational efficiency of : Material facilities, beauty, hygiene, security and environmental landscape;
  • Maintenance and maintain assets ... periodically at the project; Fire safety, labor safety / hygiene and food safety (if any); Other operations ...

  • Plan regular / irregular internal audits, and suggest support resources (expertise) - if needed.
  • Check and verify the incidents affecting the image and reputation of the Company, the client reflection.
  • Report, analyze, evaluate and propose solutions to maintain (overcome / prevent) and improve service quality (including document improvement).
  • Follow corrective actions, prevent and

    propose solutions (if any).

  • Perform other duties as assigned - Excellence in English
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
  • Good listening, analytical, and presentation skills.
