Job Duty & Responsibilities

Comply OTIS safety guidelines and implement it on site

Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.

Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety toolbox talks.

Assessing and managing safety hazards.

Carrying out regular inspections and job-site monitoring to ensure sub-contractors fulfil their work scope in a timely manner and compliance with relevant Safety requirements, processes and procedures.

Job site alignment with Main Contractor on delivery and storage of equipment / materials

Completing records for site reports.

Attending site management meetings.

Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level.

Resolving problems and implementing improvements.

Providing emergency first aid if required.

Job Requirements

Technical Degree graduate, and 2 3 year workingexperience

Project Management Skills

Lift Experience is preferable

A positive attitude.

The ability to communicate with, motivate, and if necessary discipline the workforce

The ability to understand drawings and other contract documents.

A good understanding of safety procedures.

First aid training

Organizational skills
