The role of the team leader for the HR Admin. team is to ensure all processes are followed among team members to meet deadlines.

Additionally, the Team Leader is responsible to coaching and developing their teams skills to improve effectiveness and efficiency in all tasks performed within the HR Admin team as well as report to the HRM monthly on team performance in regards to teacher admin management.

  • Admin tasks
  • Assist in administration activities in HCMC head office and Rep Offices.
  • Support to other member with administrative requests.
  • Handle payment all issued cost include : stationery, drinking water, car rental, parking fee
  • Manage and delivery stationery for employee at head office and branches
  • Oder stamp, name card, ID card
  • Organize New year eve party, Birthday party or Company parties / activities
  • Find supplier and handle purchasing something related to Admin
  • Be responsible for office management and working with the vendors for all relevant tasks of Admin works.
  • Lead team member to meet the deadline and requirement for administration duties.
  • Other tasks is assigned by direct manager

  • College Degree / Diploma in human resources, management, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 year’s of HR and Admin experience preferably with an Finance / Banking field.
  • At least 1 year experience related to people management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • High sense of responsibility in working, honesty, carefully, planning.
  • Communication with calm, effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Proficiency in MS office packages
  • Good English proficiency.
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Be able to work under high pressure
  • Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point...)
  • Age : 25-30 years Old.
