To serve the need of digital acceleration and channel expansion, L'Oréal Luxe Team is looking for an E-Merchandiser role for our Lancôme E-boutique and YSL Social Commerce.

MISSION 1.Implement the e-commerce strategy : focus on increasing owned online channel revenue by establishing the online selling strategy for a defined client / customer.
2.Ensure that all digital activity is consistent with the objective and the essence of the brand and contributes to the growth of the brand by managing interactive campaigns and customers3.
Convert the Brand Strategy into an operational E-Boutique Plan, manage investment framing per key product pillars4.Build content planning corresponding to the activity plan5.
Responsible for E-boutique bottom of the funnel (CPAS, Marco, etc.) off platform Media Budget to drive quality traffic to the platform, on the right SKU, at the right time MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Builds overall E-store brand image : content, layout, promotions (bundles) & story Translates and writes local Copy in line with Regional guidelines Champions the Online Brand plan for Lancome and YSL Brand in both platforms including : Setting framework, strategy & staging calendar for campaigns, price, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross selling and off platform media (incl.
media budget) Develops a clear traffic strategy, execute & optimize for off platform traffic for each platform Responsible for developing marketing tools for the platform.
Define target Product / Key Word Define Cross Selling Frame Improve Ratings and Reviews for pillar product by building insights on this data Constantly work on the buyer data to improve loyalty & repurchase Skills & Requirements 3-5 year experience in Marketing or Digital, who has an interest in E-commerce & willing to learn.
Strong Operational Marketing profile capable of building detailed activity plans. Collaborative and able to work between Sales & Marketing to build the right plan.
Analytical, teamwork, project management, excellent communication skills.
