1. Facility Project Management (Production line hook up, Office Renovation etc.)
Determine and define project scope and objectives together with system engineers and internal client.
Prepare budget and schedule based on scope of work and resource requirements.
Coordinate with purchasing for project procurement processes
Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction. "
Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
2. Consultancy Service
Understand Bosch Standards and good practices from previous projects to consult internal client
Project feasibility study with client and relevant stakeholders
Support client on all necessaries for the project approval (business case, solution visualization etc.)
3. Continual Improvement Process (CIP)
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Recommend machinery, hand tools, processes, and procedures that help improve team efficiency
Collaborating with relevant partners in order to make sustainable improvements along the project management process.
4. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Support project site execution supervision when required
Participate and contribute in problem solving team (PSS) or plant project relates to plant vision & mission
EDUCATION BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related field from a recognized institution
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong advantage
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management in multinational company, especially in high tech manufacturing industry
TRAITS & SKILLS
Good command of English
Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
Experience in dealing with different kind of external and internal stakeholder
Knowledge of methods, materials, techniques, applicable to building construction, installation equipment.
Effective organizational, time management, as well as prioritizing skills. Has the ability to manage diverse groups of construction personnel.
International / Virtual reporting and communication skill
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
Experience in audit activity is a plus (has been auditee or auditor before)
