Job Description

1. Facility Project Management (Production line hook up, Office Renovation etc.)

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives together with system engineers and internal client.
  • Prepare budget and schedule based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with purchasing for project procurement processes
  • Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction. "
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • 2. Consultancy Service

  • Understand Bosch Standards and good practices from previous projects to consult internal client
  • Project feasibility study with client and relevant stakeholders
  • Support client on all necessaries for the project approval (business case, solution visualization etc.)
  • 3. Continual Improvement Process (CIP)

  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Recommend machinery, hand tools, processes, and procedures that help improve team efficiency
  • Collaborating with relevant partners in order to make sustainable improvements along the project management process.
  • 4. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Support project site execution supervision when required
  • Participate and contribute in problem solving team (PSS) or plant project relates to plant vision & mission
  • Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related field from a recognized institution
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management in multinational company, especially in high tech manufacturing industry

  • Good command of English
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in dealing with different kind of external and internal stakeholder
  • Knowledge of methods, materials, techniques, applicable to building construction, installation equipment.
  • Effective organizational, time management, as well as prioritizing skills. Has the ability to manage diverse groups of construction personnel.
  • International / Virtual reporting and communication skill
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Experience in audit activity is a plus (has been auditee or auditor before)
