DESCRIPTIONUniversity Degree / Diploma in HR, Business or equivalent
At least 1 year in HR / OD / Talent management or development experience, employee engagement or internal communication
Experience partnering with business managers to deliver HR solutions is preferred
Excellent written and verbal English & Vietnamese skills
Strong project management and process development skills
Good consultative, organising and influencing skills
Confident & dynamic, fast learning, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels.Corporate Learning Capability & Effectiveness :
Support to assess and develop corporate training, E-learning platforms & developmental tools to enhance organizational learning capability.
Support people development, IDPs & performance management processes. Align L&D programs, performance management and other L&D initiatives with identified short, mid- and long-term business strategies.
Consult across HR & with line management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Design & help implement innovative and sustainable solutions to enhance people capabilities.
Deliver, support and / or facilitate ad hoc HR / business projects as required.
Talent Development :
Coordinate and drive implementation of Talent & Leadership programs, in order to build and secure internal talents / successors pipelines (eg.
Future Leader Pipelines Program, Team Leader Development Program, )
Participate in talent assessment centers to select and qualify key talents for Talent & Leadership programs (eg. Odyssey Junior / Senior Programs)
Develop, follow-up training, feedback & coaching programs related to building leadership & talent capabilities.
