The Job
In this role your will be working with a team of 4-5 developers to maintain a high operability and robust ordering and supply platform. You will :
Develop frontend products like - automated estimation system, manufacturing process management system, technical drawing management system, products for manufacturing partner collaboration etc.
Design and implement web frontend for systems used by our operations team, clients and their suppliers.
Formulate and implement UI / UX improvement plans based on feedback from the business team
Make UI / UX improvements based on various qualitative and quantitative research (user surveys, log analysis, inquiry analysis, etc.)
Select and verify middleware, frameworks and other technologies
Understanding the firm's mission to unleash the potential of manufacturing
The Profile
You have at least 3 years' development experience using modern frontend framework React.
Hands-on experience programming with TypeScript is required
You have the ability to conduct hearings and test hypotheses to build powerful user experiences
You also have experience developing in a team using Git / GitHub
Hands-on experience building a service from scratch would be preferred
Prior experience using experience design, styling with CSS-in-JS frameworks such as styled-component and emotion, Node.
js / Deno, Apollo / urql, WebAssembly etc. would be advantageous.
Proficiency in English is required to collaborate and work with the team in Japan
