Define the Business Outcomes and training needs : clarify the business rational and expected results in business terms and training needs

  • Define the Business Outcomes and development needs : clarify the business rational and expected results in business terms, identify training needs.
  • Identify competency framework for trainers, develop learning road map & learning journey.
  • Design the programs with completion of learning experience before, during, and after training.
  • Conduct TTT, drive Learning transfer provide structure, support and accountability for using skills and knowledge.
  • Deploy Performance Support provide AD / Trainer with coaching, mentoring and other support to uplift AD & trainers’ competencies.
  • Certify for conductors
  • Working with HoD to come out with action plans to develop talent as well as to improve trainers’ competencies.
  • Propose trainer recognition / retention programs to retain and build high performed staffs
  • Document Results measure, evaluate, and report the results to prove and continuously improve training's valuesA
