To ensure that the Company’s targets are achieved through the development and effective management of a strong cohesive Corporate Division of sales management, sales support, training, new distribution and sales support.
Co-execute, communicate and manage the Division’s strategy to achieve business growth as measured by KPIs in in accordance with annual targets;
Drive sales strategies to sales force.
Develop and implement recognition programs and other type of programs necessary to accomplish goals.
Provide market knowledge and direction to producers and sales management team.
Promote and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients.
Review all policies and process in order to make sure all running smoothly.
Develop and lead the Team in carrying out sales targets; Support the Sales Training team in training activities of the company;
Support the team in development, product development and management, sales management.
Report to the DCEO and coordinate closely with the Senior Management Team.
Work closely with the other Division team / all head departments and sales forces.
