A. HR & Admin
To handle administrative under the company’s HR functions which include Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, etc.
To handle administrative under the company’s HR administration.
To handle payroll processing of the company, which include processing and submission of personal income tax, health & social contribution, etc.;
Responsible for the general administration of the office, which include administering services such as office cleaning and maintenance, security, courier service, etc.
Take charge of office supplies and stationery.
Key person in charge of employee compliance to the company’s procedure and policies and as well as local labor laws like punctuality, personal filing and data confidentiality, etc.
Lead the execution of company team building activities, employee engagement activities, etc.
To handle internal and external purchasing procedures.
To source and procure all items require for the operations of the company. This includes negotiation with suppliers, vendors, contractors, etc.
professionally to achieve best value for all company purchases.
To lead bidding procedures to make sure best service provider to Sunrider Vietnam.
C. Admin Support
To assist Country Manager in all coordination work pertaining to all direct reports under his / her supervision;
To be responsible for the application and renewal of company licenses, product notifications (both foods and cosmetics) and contracts e.
g. office premises, warehouse, video tapes, newsletters permits, fax / photocopying machine maintenance, etc;
To handle general translation related to Company profile, company policy, company procedures, notice to staff and IBOs related to their personal information communication, global announcement and other information related to HR which need translation for effective communication purpose.
To handle all other duties as and when delegated by Finance & Operation Manager and Country Manager.
2-3 years of experience.
University degree in related course.
Effective communicator, be SR’s professional leader in public, good looking, hard working, friendly, honest, good problem solving skill, good networking skill, tidy working filing oriented.
Possess pleasant and courteous personality.
Able to work under pressure from employee and IBO’s complaints.
Good mindset / attitude and behaviors to build strong engagement among staff / IBOs to SR.
Good usage of office software like Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
