Job Purposes :
Manage and organize marketing activities to promote Company brand and brand name, increase brand and product recognition in the market.
Manage the development and expansion of Company brands and selling categories to be rich and qualified enough to meet the needs of the market and customers.
Job Duties :
Collaborate with Global Marketing Dept, develop a brand development strategy (long-term and short-term) of business products in Vietnam
Collaborate with Global Marketing Dept to propose and implement an annual branding plan & action plans (short-term plans) including communication tools through television, newspapers, radio, online and outdoors
Develop and implement media campaigns to build the brand
Strictly monitor and analyze business activities, market trends, consumer trends, competitors to develop timely and effective action plans
Identify, develop business ideas and work with relevant departments to implement plan that meets investment criteria.
Coordinate projects management and / or reduce product costs with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, marketing market research, consulting and advertising agencies, media agencies.
Organize bidding for media services and manage the implementation, or direct implement with communication partners or internal MKT team / post-program reporting (idea production / advertising films;
organize media campaigns on radio, digital media, outdoor media).
Make and manage marketing budget to achieve business goals (revenue and profit)
Participate in organizing training, coaching and meeting with distributors
Event - Activation
Make and implement plans to interact directly with consumers at point of sale / school / public place through trial, animation, events to increase product penetration & engagement with people consumer / business partner.
Report, evaluate and actively improve processes and programs to increase investment efficiency.
Learn and update information about customers, competitors, markets and industries. Monthly report of business results and propose appropriate action plan.
Budgeting, managing and reporting budgets
Make planning, implement, and evaluate the overall customer service activities each year.
Plan, deploy, and evaluate details of customer care activities each month
Make a report to handle monthly complaints
Make plan / coordinate with media partners to implement customer feedback / crisis handling / interaction services for fanpage.
Guideline and direct customer engagement officer in recording, reporting, documenting crisis handling / working with the press.
Coordinate with Junior Brand Manager to propose survey activities, consult customers to improve the quality of products and services, find opportunities for market development, help business growth for products of company.
Job Requirements :
University or postgraduate degree, preferable in Marketing or related.
Have a marketing knowledge that is seasoned and methodical. Experienced in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding, product, distribution) Knowledge and experience in application of management procedures according to international standards.
Having at least 3 - 5 years working experience as Marketing Manager for Food and Beverage industry or FMCG
All skills including communication, negotiation, persuasion, management.
Skills of setting up, consulting on strategy & management according to objectives / plans.
Being decisive, consistent, and adventurous.
