MAIN DUTIES : Administration


  • To record daily consumption of electric & water, fulfil department’s technical checklists.
  • To receive, dispatch and follow up of all repair and job orders, maintenance orders.
  • Recording daily of all maintenance and repair work completed.
  • Review / manage service order in HOTSOS.
  • Schedule staff’s work load and duty roster.
  • Handles technical drawings, duty logs, records and store inventory.
  • Financial and Revenue Responsibilities

  • Handles suppliers when requested.
  • Contact suppliers and outside contract service.
  • Training and Human Resources Management

  • Arrange technical training for engineering ambassadors.
  • Guest Service Responsibilities

  • Technical Responsibilities

  • Trouble-shooting, operation, repair and maintenance of :
  • Electrical distribution system such as incoming power supply, transformers, main and sub-switch panels, lighting, light signs, electrical meters and equipment, telephone lines batteries, sockets and plugs, electrical wiring and conduits, emergency generators.
  • Mechanical services such as central A / C system, ventilation, exhaust, heaters & water boilers.
  • Lift, sound system and TVs
  • Fire fighting system
  • Sanitary, plumbing, sewage water treatment plant and swimming pool equipment.
  • Hotel functions.
  • General building maintenance.
  • Respond to the fire alarm or emergencies as the occasion arises.
  • To maintain the area & equipment under his charge in tip-top conditions in terms of cleanliness and performance.
  • Miscellaneous

  • Perform other Engineering related duties / activities and special projects as required by the Director of Engineering.
  • All ambassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.
  • All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
  • Work Experience

  • Solid foundation on client handling & business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken& written)
