Reportto : Supervisor, Call Center
Position Objective : To support update customer information. To improve the quality of call center and standardize all inbound / outbound scripts with the purpose to give Customers better experience with the Company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Perform daily Out bound calls to Customer to update telephone number from requirements
Check & update telephone number into system
To answer customer’s query if needed
In bound support during peak hour
Manage and monitor the quality of hotline calls through QC
Communication : Internal : related departments to solve customer’s requestExternal : Customers and agents
Job Requirements :
College / University graduate, preferably social science
Experience : at least 1+ years working experience in Customer Service / Call center / Complaint handling
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Good writing skill
Proactive, carefully, creative disposition to develop new ideas, good in problem solving skill.
Good computer skills : Word, Excel, Internet, Microsoft Outlook.
