WHAT ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
Excellence execution implementation
Manage Territory Managers (TMs) to deploy; keep tracking and follow up the implementation / execution requirement from the operation guideline for each Account ensure to achieve the highest efficiency and effective results in customers’ stores
Monitoring and tracking Territory Managers (TMs) to deliver the weekly primary and secondary sales achievement; implement correctly all merchandising and display agreed in the assigned store per Account follow monthly communication from the KA team.
Customer Relation implementation
Lead and Coach TMs and PGs team in assigned Account to build a good relationship with all relevant levels of PIC in-store ensure to capture all the opportunities of increase primary & secondary sales.
Monitoring the competency and KPI and working performance for TMs and PGs.
Internal working development
Arrange and provide weekly analysis of the competitor activities report in detail both mechanics and scope
Provide coaching; guidance and evaluation to the team to ensure all operation guideline KPI being covered and continuously improve and team working in the most passionate and high committed spirit.

Key to your success in this role will be :
Minimum o 3 years experience in sales operation of FMCG or Retail.
Good in execution implementation
Good in communication & people management
Able to speak and write in English
Good in computer skills (word / excel / PowerPoint)
