Advise students and parents and provide them with information about academic programs and the school in general.
Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
Implement admissions policies and procedures.
Market programs and facilities by preparing and providing informational brochures; writing and placing advertisements;
answering questions; conducting tours.
Obtain applicant’s information by requesting completed application package; verifying and clarifying information; explaining admission criteria.
Coordinate with School Office and Registrar Department for assessment and enrollment process of students.
Resolve students and parents’ dissatisfactions by investigating concerns; recommending changes in service policies and procedures.
Develop effective communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students
Prepare admissions reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Coordinate with other departments for implementation, supervision and admin administration of short-term courses
