PURPOSE : Motivate & award to Banca sales and partners Bringing good experiences to customers from banca's promotions KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : Trips Organise and implement trips according to the internal / partner contest, internal outing / big conference, other trips for bank partners Events Organise and implement big events to motivate and award to banca sales : yearly / half-year kick off (internal & bank partners), banca yearly award, other events for bank partners Purchasing Prepare documents and work closely to MOIT to get license for customer promotions of all bank partners Work closely to bank partners to final the customer promotion delivery process Implement & manage all the process of purchasing / allocation / document collection for all customer promotion programs of bank partners / sales contest (internal & bank partners) Other ad-hoc activities assigned by management level QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE At least 2 years in relevant business of trips & events At least 2 years in relevant business of customer promotions gift process Good knowledge on life insurance & business activation Good knowledge in life insurance KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Good in Communication and negotiation skill Ability to work under pressure and challenging Team co-ordination Be able to travel regularly
