KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading small implementation projects and process

Responsibility for tracking and delivery of project tasks

Project reporting

Building new processes, work instruction coming with new projects / new business requirements

Co-operate on building, maintaining and sharing local process-oriented knowledge base

Develop and assure quality of Process map models of local processes.

Assure process quality (i.e. approval of new processes, implement the proposed process, post implementation review of process)

Serve a liaison between various groups to facilitate process design and implementation (process know-how and methodology)

Communicate necessary changes to processes and policies within the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor degree

1-2 years experience in process management

Solid knowledge in process management methodology

Process mapping methodology knowledge

Analytical thinking

Project management experience (project team member..)

General understanding of Information Technology

Fluent English (both spoken and written)

Good PC skills
