Job Summary :
This position involves a wide variety of duties ranging from recruiting, on boarding, orientation, benefits, registered and assists Manager in dealing with employee relations.
Recruiting will be performed largely online using the company cooperated hiring websites like Careerbuilders, Timvietnhanh, Vietnamworks and other channels such as Facebook, Linkedin This position will also assist in handling new-
hire orientation, follow up the employee’s attendance record, expatriate’s related work permit document required.
Key Responsibilities : Recruiting :
Working with Head of Departments and Recruiting Team to determine staffing qualification requirement.
Screening and sorting resumes for selecting qualified candidates
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Coordinating interviews with the Head of Hiring Departments as well as Recruiting Team
Following up on the interview process, which includes, issue offer letter and new hire on board schedule tracking.
New hire on boarding procedures (includes document checking, filing and ect.)
Key-in employees’ Database and maintain the most updated records.
In charge of issuing application for visa, residence card and work permit for expatriates
Submitting the documents for signing and sealing
Performing other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications :
1+ year of experiences Human Resources field or Administrative Mgt.
Knowledge of textile industry field is preferred
Good communication and reporting skills
Good arrangement and management at work
Be able to develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with others
Intermediate communication in English or Chinese (Mandarin)
Bachelors degree of HRM or relevant majors required
Proficiency in MS Office.
