About the role :
Limeade-Tinypulse is seeking a new HR Specialist to join our team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The position will be responsible for recruiting new employee, working on employer branding, provide best employee experience and engagement.
In charge the whole cycle of Hiring (from post job to searching for candidate to arrange interviewing)
Work with people team manager about idea, planning and execute for employer branding.
Make sure new hire have the best impressive and productive Onboarding
Bring initiative activities, training programs to improve employee experience base on survey and analytical report.
Other adhoc tasks
Bachelor degree at HR Management or Business Administrative
Have 1+ of experience in HR / Hiring
Up-to-date knowledge of hiring market and trending
Sound computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Power Point essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Detail oriented, trustworthy, careful, hard-working and well-organized
Positive work attitude, team player with good interpersonal and communication skill
