  • Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Labor Law and Company policies;
  • Planning for Recruiting & perform Recruitment;
  • Concretizing Human Resources developing plan and implementing according to Company's Human Resources developing strategy;
  • Developing and cooperating to implement, adjust training plans based on Company and division' needs;
  • Management of Human Resources such as carry out other administrative tasks related to Human Resources work;
  • Developing HR policies & procedures and proposing solutions if issues occurs;
  • Preparing the timesheet monthly; implementing and paying Social Insurance;
  • Making internal reports and other reports related to government agencies;
  • Planning and implementing corporate events and activities to enhance Company image such as : Leadership program, staff’s birthdays, Company’s events and parties, etc.
  • Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated from College, University or higher education in relevant certificate.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in relevant position (experience in real estate field is preferred). To be knowledgeable about Law of Enterprises and other relevant Laws.
  • Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic English and Microsoft office skills.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with partners in order to serve for job’s requirements. Enthusiastic and willing-to-support attitude.
  • Well-arranged, well-organized and time management skill.
  • Ability to work under high pressure, work independently and team work.
  • Honest, confidential; good professional ethics, have the spirit of continuous improvement in working.
