  • In charge of managing overall activities of Verification for secured and unsecured loans.
  • In charge of training and evaluating performance, working efficiency of all staffs in verification.
  • Supervising and speeding up the deployment and implementation of human resources plans to ensure good fulfillment of tasks and KPIs of Verification.
  • In charge of all weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Assigning staffs to do verification tasks by phoning and field visiting.
  • Performing periodic working reports for Line MGR.
  • Building and improving reporting system, working procedures.In charge of managing, preventing and handling negative behaviors and credit risks within teams.
  • Perform other related tasks as required by Line MGR.
  • Controlling and managing quality of applications verified by verification teams
  • Responsible for professional guidance for SUP / Team Leaders and staffs of verification.
  • Proposing measures to improve operational efficiency of Verification Team.
  • Managing time, tasks, quality and discipline of verification staffs.
  • Implementing management, quality control, professional guidance; directly participating in verification activities and taking responsibility for all comments and ideas.
  • Develop training plans for staffs.
  • Suggest for composing processes, regulations, building operating models for Verification Teams.
  • Managing training activities for subordinate and new officers.
  • In charge of resolving mistakes and risks causes by staffs.
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Graduated from University of Finance / Economics / Banking. Prefer Master degree.
  • At least 05 years of experience at middle or management level in Verification departments of finance companies of banks.
  • Understanding territories of Vietnam.
  • Ability to go for business.
  • Good communication, presentation, training, management and motivation for staffs.
  • Experience in managing over 30 staffs.
  • Ability to analyze data, report and fulfill tasks within deadlines.
  • Ability to solve problems requiring accuracy and speed.
  • Positive thinking and enthusiastic in work.
  • MS Office proficiency (Work, Excel, PowerPoint )
  • Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
