MKT Strategy and yearly plan :
Develop & manage Online & Offline brand communication strategies to achieve revenue growth & increase profitability.
Be responsible for and suggest the digital and social budget based on the whole marketing budget
Lead developing, implementing and executing business plans and local market place marketing initiatives for the brand.
Assist in the formulation of strategies (included content, image direction) to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
Update key competitors campaigns, investigating fashion footwear trends and results, identify opportunities and threats and mobilize the BU developm- ent plan against them.
Assist website development management with multi vendors / agencies.
Follow up to ensure the social activities should be in compliance with allocated branding budget
Deal with agencies / vendors / suppliers for a reasonable fee but still ensure the win-win position
Manage social channels to ensure the content / information delivered and tactics used fitted with respective audiences
Manage vendors to deploy and optimize the social media channels in compliance with Marketing directions and guidelines
Work closely with Business Units to understand their expectations and requirements for branding
Set up the measurement framework of digital and social channels for measurement data and turn them into proposed action
Work with Business Units to understand client insights / needs and thoughts for appropriate BD activities
Actively suggest the new ideas or concept to enhance the corporate / BU brands
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Follow up the projects closely and provide the solutions timely in case of any arising
Be supportive for any ad-hoc suggestions related to the brands appearance in the market
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics 360, Adobe Site Catalyst etc.)
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Analyze customer behavior for site traffic, page performance, click navigation, purchase conversion and shopping pattern to drive sales in virtual shopping environment.
Build the operational workflow within Digital team and between Digital team and other Marketing teams
Design the workflow to run the social media campaign run smoothly
Work closely with team members to understand their concerns or problems for the appropriate solutions
Involve the Marketing team process regarding the admin process, project management and compliance
Be an active member and role model for any internal process of Marketing team and corporate
Commercialization :
Commercialize marketing initiatives with positive ROI
Establish strong relationships and a thorough understanding of the consumers to maximize potential productivity.
Align, coordinate and involve all the different marketing functions on all platforms in the execution of the brand plans : visual merchandising, retail marketing (Offline & Online)
Communicate sales team on key brand strategies and new collections, including content development, presentation, alignment with Global Brand team and Operations team leaders.
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Customer / Partner relationship Management
Develop CRM / Loyalty program both Online & Offline
Grow loyalty member base and repeat purchase to drive revenues
Manage effective partnership with any potential channels of store & digital sales
Analyse and transform customer database to CRM prorgram for driving sales
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and digital agencies also publishers.
Team development
Manage, coach and develop team members.
Build key MKT process & department matrix to ensure roles & responsibilty of team members
CSR & Adhoc
Partner with HR to provide insights and planning for effective CSR prorgam to enhance brand awareness and influence for driving brand image and sales growth
Other as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelors degree in BA (sub : Marketing is a PLUS)
5+ years of experience, 3 years at management level, retail industry is preferable Extensive experience in marketing products design and retail display creation
Understanding IMC, UI / UX knowledge
Ability to convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies, and actionable plans
Strong understanding of luxury execution and visual aesthetic
Strong project management skills
Dynamic training and presentation skills
Basic financial knowledge to understanding CBA factors
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills of all aspects
