REQUIREMENTSMust have : - Experience of project management for at least 5 years- Experience to discuss and negotiate with customers in uncertain situation of a project- Experience to make estimations toward potential customers- Experience the design docs such as basic / detailed design, non-functional requirement, system architecture, etc.
Nice to have : - Hold PMP certificate- Experience to make the curriculum of the training- Have the clear opinion who Vietnam IT industry should grow after the offshore center from now on- Communicate fluency in English or Japanese (we will evaluate during the interview)
