We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the planning, day-to-day management, and smooth operation of various digital marketing projects to improve clients’ web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals.
This includes, but is not limited to client campaign automation, media management, paid search & advertising campaigns, content development, and SEO.
The ideal candidate can manage and deliver our client projects on time and within budget. He / she will be expected to build and manage good client relations with remote clients.
This person is the glue that binds the account teams together! You’re a tech-savvy professional with proven experience running digital marketing campaigns for international clients.
You’re a detail-oriented people person, and have excellent time management skills. As project manager, you have good communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and clients.
Provide end-to-end project management
Scope project requirements and prepare budget
Develop a detailed project plan and supporting project documentation
Implement client marketing automation and lead generation
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
Deliver projects on time, ensuring the right quality standards
Responsible for client & campaign reporting, and preparing client business reviews
Communicate scope, tasks, deadlines, responsibilities with the team
Act proactively to resolve any issues
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related
Business English required
Marketing automation and CRM platform experience
Hands on experience with project management software
Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML / CSS
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Excellent organization and time management skills
Communication and team management skills
The ability to learn quickly

The core working hours are : Monday-Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
This is a full-time position and has a probationary period of 2 months.
