    Position Description : Customer Development - Channel Manager Self Care / OTC

    Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following :

  • Responsible for delivering company sales objectives in assigned channel. Develop and execute the monthly / quarterly / annual business plans with tracking matrix in accordance with the objective of growing the whole JnJ business, in alignment with global / regional and local Self Care / OTC strategy.
  • Key person for distributor management (Operations, Performance review, Contract / JBP agreements), develop strong Distributor relationships and partnerships across all levels.
  • Identifies key opportunities to further build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure business directions are aligned and partner of choice.

  • Responsible for company initiatives execution at given channel, closely collaborate with cross functions to ensure compliance as guidelines, monitor results and make future recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Identify market gaps & opportunities by key provinces & key customers, including competitors’ intelligence, develop and implement programs to address key opportunities.
  • Periodically review Distributor coverage, sales effectiveness, identify new customers, optimize & expand coverage for growing the whole JnJ business.
  • Qualifications

  • University graduate, Pharmacist or Medicine or Bachelor equivalent is preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience with Customer development / Sales management level in OTC / Consumer Health sector
  • Comprehensive understanding about pharmaceutical market & target customers
  • Core Skills : Sales management, Commercial savvy, Customer and category development, stakeholder management, Strategic thinking, Proactive Agility
  • Leadership Qualities is a key success factor.
