1. Monitor the daily work of the moderation team and assess the performance of both single employees and the whole team. Manage the process of project implementation.
2. Contribute to developing professionalism in the team by proper training and management.
3. Regular data collection and analysis inside the team. Accountable for the optimization of the working process thru coordination inside or outside the team.
4. Build a connection with PM / RD / OPS in order to improve the quality of moderation. Take an active part in polishing and updating content guidelines.
Raise constructive suggestions in upgrading tools used.
5. Answerable for data collection and analysis regarding employees' performance and set targets for them.
5. Excellent English language skills, overseas working / training is a plus.
