Training and Development :
Be responsible for implementing the training and development plan of the whole company to build professional and highly productive workforce.
Organize and coordinate training for in-house training programs and employee communication sessions based on established schedule and requirements.
Monitor training effectiveness by collecting, compiling and analyzing participant feedback and maintaining up-to-date records and provide regular updates to Head of department (HOD)
Maintain and regularly update Orientation / Induction materials on a scheduled basis and / or when directed by HR Director.
Coordinate with Department Heads on nomination of staff for the training and schedule to ensure that programs are well attended.
Conduct Orientation training programs for new comers and soft skills training course for existing staff.
Employee Performance Management :
Be responsible for implementing the Employee Performance Management program to make sure that employee performance is well evaluated and driving to meet business result.
Conduct training on Performance Management System program to all staff and monitor the PMS implementation of all departments for the purpose of identifying the development plan for all staff.
Collect and file all documents related employee performance for personnel records.
Provide consulting to staff for long term career development with the company and help them progress along the career path.
Coordinate with employee’s supervisor to enhance training and coaching for better performance.
Talent Management Program :
Be responsible for implementing the Talent Management Program in order to build the leadership pipeline for next generation of leaders.
Coordinate with head of departments to identify talents and implement the nomination process to HR Director for assessment.
Prepare personal file of each talents for assessment, tracking development plan.
Work with HOD to build development plan for each talent and supporting them in implement the development plan.
Coordinate with HOD to build the tactic plan to engage and talents Employee Engagement.
Human Resource Projects :
Be in charge of HR Communication to staff and relevant departments for all HR activities, projects in order to create awareness and get cooperation and / or support from them.
Implement HR projects related to Best People strategies / Other Strategic Program to enhance management capabilities and operational infrastructure to support stable growth and to build corporate culture for Corporate.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University graduates (Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing )
At least 5 years relevant experience in training and development and / or other HR functions
Perfect knowledge about : Brand / Operations / Products / Service, Hygiene and Food safety
Understand Vietnamese Labor Code
Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-task
Possess good facilitation and training skills
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
Meticulous and have an eye for details
Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good English communication
