Mô tả công việc

  • Assisting to set up and develop factory policies in terms of working regulations, regulations about salary and bonus, welfares and benefits, allowances for staffs at the factory.
  • Cooperating and communicating with other departments to convey company’s regulations / policies and ensuring the implementation.
  • Ensuring all announcements, policies, regulations of the company to be delivered to all staffs on time and implemented properly.
  • Assisting to set up employee evaluation system and procedure.
  • Conducting performance evaluation yearly and assuring the system runs properly and smoothly.
  • Preparing monthly payroll for employees and making final payment on time.
  • Following up attendance record of all staffs supporting for the payroll.
  • Following up annual leave and other leaves of employees.
  • Being in charge of SI / HI / UI for all employees at the factory.
  • Handling monthly SI / HI / UI declaration and SI / HI / UI benefits.
  • Controlling personnel data from their officially-employed date to their resignation in terms of inputting and updating personal data and filing personal profiles of all employees.
  • Preparing labor contract and following up for the renewal ones.
  • Maintaining HR personnel database and reports as required.
  • Preparing labor report and others to local agencies as requested.
  • Making advertisement on all recruitment channels, researching CV in the internet, contacting head hunters and universities to differentiate sources of manpower supply.
  • Screening CV and conducting 1st interview, making short-list candidates and arranging interviews with head of department and manager in charge.
  • Making recommendations to Factory HR Manager for employing new staffs after successful interview.
  • Conducting orientation to introduce labor regulations, company’s policies and procedures to new staff.
  • Carrying out probation evaluation.
  • Implementing training plan, monitoring, evaluating and recording training activities and program.
  • Offering specific training programs to help employees improve and update job skills.
  • Conducting training need analysis through surveys, interviews with employees or consultants to design the effective training program.
  • Monitoring training costs to ensure budget is well controlled and make reports periodically.
  • Yêu cầu công việc

  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, English.
  • Minimum 2 year experiences in the same position or similar at FDI or JV company
  • Good knowledge about Labor law and SI, UI, HI law.
  • Good understanding of Labor Market and training programs related to company activities.
  • Good at English communication.
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skill.
  • Well organized, hard-working and accountable.
  • Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel.
