KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the CCO, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues and arranging refreshments.
  • Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post-meeting.
  • Dealing with incoming emails and posts, corresponding on behalf of CCO
  • Being in charge of translating any documents if any
  • Being in charge of arranging Ticket & Hotel accommodation Preparing for all business trips if required
  • Entertainment red invoice : make payment and claim all expenses related to CCO. Coordinate with admin officers of departments which is under Customer Division to organize events and conferences Assist Customer Division’s operation activities as a coordinator.
  • Acting as a personal assistant in terms of assistance CCO’s family.
  • Support CCO’s direct reports if required.
  • Handle some miscellaneous tasks if required
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years with related experience assisting for C-level managers
  • University graduation
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Good business practice is an advantage
