As the Internal Support Specialist at Ansarada, you will be someone with great people skills combined with technical experience and an innate passion for helping others.

You get excited about security, scalability, automation, and resiliency. Your curiosity enables you to quickly grasp new technical concepts and technologies.

You have great interpersonal skills and experience of identifying issues, diagnosing, and carrying them through to resolution.

Experience Requirements ·At least 1-year experience in IT, preferably in a face to face role (as Helpdesk and Support roles)·Written English Proficiency : Medium·Communication English Proficiency : Medium up·Experience in Macbooks environment help desk role.

  • Fast-Learning & Adaptability·Like to self-start and work well without supervision·Scripting knowledge to automate all the things would be awesome but not essential (Shell, PowerShell, Bash, etc.
  • Jamf Pro is a big plus but not essential

    What you will do ·Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices as well as end users' requirements·Take control of requests for work and promptly provide support to Ansarada staff·Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation and resolve requests via ticketing system·Provide IT Support / IT Helpdesk for our fleet of MacBooks·Helping with the management and relationship of vendors·Analyse and prioritise incoming requests and communicate progress with users·Device / Equipment management, maintenance·Some troubleshooting of video conferencing and AV·Handle asset management, maintain inventory, prepare and distribute computers to staff·Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, system monitoring, and reports·Provide 1st level support for network infrastructure (devices, internet connectivity, )·Follow IT procedures / Processes for IT Service Management best practices as defined and published by IT team·Provide good customer service to all customers (internal and external)·Have experience in ISO 27001 protocol
