  • Defining Brands strategy in Retail and Foodservice channel (brand positioning, assortment, price, sub-channel prioritization), in-line with Company vision and based on clear rationales, with the objective to guide Sales team (what to sell to which type of customers)
  • Designing yearly Marketing plans (branding, digital, sponsorship, activation & trade promotion, leaflets ) in line with Brand Strategy, Ensuring perfect execution of Marketing activities, Measuring their effectiveness for continuous learning
  • Developing new products from learning the market to launching the products successfully
  • Ensuring smooth internal communication about brand and products in charge : training, product information change, brands strategy / guidelines
  • Allocating A&P budget, Tracking A&P budget, P&L owner for the brands in charge
  • Yêu cầu công việc

  • Qualification : University degree in the business field
  • Required knowledge : Excellent analytical & strategic thinking skills, Strong organization & managerial skills, Fluent in English
  • Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in branding / marketing, Experience in FMCG industry, product development & management.
  • Expected behaviors : Proactivity, Analytical thinking, Collaborative way of thinking, Long-term business thinking, Willing to learn, Focus on performance / results
