Key Accountabilities

  • Daily / Monthly Reports for Dept.
  • Daily follow Sales report to pull out list of account need to check and take appropriate actions
  • Control Data of Dept. is input & processed accurately.
  • Ensure onboarding process of account is aligned to framework.
  • Build and prepare performance reports for sales team to do external meetings with key leaders to identify their sales trend, group focus.
  • Control and follow task-list of management & sales team weekly meetings.
  • Handle ad-hoc complaints from key accounts.
  • Developing team strengths and improving weaknesses.
  • Be responsible for preventing conflict where possible and resolving it when it does arise by setting ground rules and clearly assigning tasks.
  • Requirements

  • Logical, Critical & Analytical thinking
  • Proficient in MS Office (included Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Relevant paid or voluntary work experience is useful
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Positive working attitude and a collaborator
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • College / BA Degree
  • At least 3-year experiences in Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analyst roles.
  • A proven history of successful leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
