Work closely with business stakeholders and support technical specialists in design, implementation, and deployment of solutions on Operation tool / system including settlement / reconciliation;

customer view 360; other tasks to enhance tool / solution at Operations Division.

Develop Business & Functional Requirements Document (BRD) for operation, risk & finance new features or enhancements.

Participating in POC, functional testing, SIT, UAT and supporting Go-Live for assigned tasks.

Supporting in creating record in back-end system, raising bug, enhancement, re-configuration or correction tickets.

Coordinate with Sales / Business Unit / Operations / IT to ensure operational end to end process smoothly.

Willing to work under pressure to deliver awesome Operational tool / solution requirements to end user / customer.

Constantly look around to suggest improvement, discover issues and deliver better value to the end user / customer.

Oversee Operation projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget.

Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.
