Be responsible for L7- recruitment at assigned location including outsourced labor.
Ensure execution of staffing policies and processes in full compliance to company and legal standard
Coordinate & recruit for young talent programs
Monthly update recruitment status.
Follow up induction / onboarding for new hire to support new employee engagement
Keep close contact with hiring managers on progress of search and perform necessary collaboration
Ensure policies, practices and processes are properly executed and in full compliance to both local and company standard.
Be able to communicate context and rationale for all staffing practices.
Provide value-added inputs to annual staffing plan and executional agenda
Initiative to promote TA flatform such as company Linkedin, FB fan page, company webpage and other hiring channels.

At least 3 years working experiences in HR
Good at networking, negotiation, communication and influencing skill
Good identification of candidates with the right fit through knowledge of behavioral based interviewing
