  • Plan, implement and oversee logistics inbound operations* Manage Key Performance Indicators deviation for responsible process* Manage supply review and stock replenishments to ensure components availability to meet demand as per the forecast* Closely work with suppliers, customers, transportation management team, country logistics team and relevant organizations to monitor and ensure the shipments arrived as customer’s expectation* Maintain master data on SAP to ensure smooth system’s run and correct transactional data* Other inbound management related tasks Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with studies related in supply chain, logistics, business process, process management, customer service is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management for multi-countries company.* Possessing knowledge and experience in ERP (SAP is preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office* Strong attention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
  • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach* Strong communication skills * Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines* Ability to understand and evaluate information from a variety of sources* Experience in Project Management is preferred.
  • Fluent in English. (Ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus) Additional Information
