We are currently looking for a Senior / Programmatic Trader to join us
The Senior / Programmatic Trader is responsible for the planning, setup, and execution of Audience Targeted campaigns in accordance with the strategy and objective of our clients.
These specialists use multiple interfaces, in a self-service capacity, to discover audiences and target them via media buying tools (DSPs) across various channels.
Campaigns need to be maintained and optimized frequently to achieve KPI goals and deliver completely. You will be expected to interact with multiple tech support teams for setup and troubleshooting, and collaborate with Xaxis Trading teammates continually for support and promote knowledge sharing.

In 3 months :
Gain an in-depth understanding of the programmatic landscape
Be trained on the various Xaxis Platforms & Tools and how insight and analytics fits into the bigger team
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Operations Team and take ownership of pre-campaign to post-campaign requirements.
In 6 months :
Manage and be responsible for branding campaigns from start to completion
Generate meaningful insights for post-campaign reporting
Incorporate and recommend other aspects of the Xaxis business including audience planning and insight, Xaxis products and Xaxis Proprietary Media as part of the overall campaign execution.
In 12 months :
Be responsible and manage campaigns of all KPIs from start to completion
Drive the agency and client engagement with the demonstration of insightful programmatic learning and data-driven audience strategy
Test and learn different optimization strategies and knowledge share with the team
Responsibilities of the role :
Setup and launch each campaign in the designated media buying platform with the technical understanding of programmatic buying, audience buying, and DSPs.
Grasp practical understanding and knowledge of utilizing offshore resources and cross-border collaboration to manage lead time, deliverables and quality assurance in the campaign management cycle
Proactively optimize for maximum performance and delivery
Thoroughly monitor campaign performance, provide the weekly and post-campaign report with optimization insights
Understand client objectives to successfully optimize campaigns and complete strategic recommendations to further account success.
Communicate thoroughly, respond rapidly with engagement managers, fellow trading teammates, and supply team members.
Work closely with Engagement Management to provide insights and recommendations that align with, or enhance client strategy
Develop and maintain relationships with agencies together with engagement managers
Keep abreast of industry trends through trade journals, industry conferences, and current events
Join us if you have :
Bachelor’s degree in media, marketing, and communication or related field.
1+ year experience in working with biddable media platform (Facebook, DV360, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, Google Ads) or digital advertising
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Intermediate to advanced analytical skills specifically to performance and data metrics
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
Excellent English is written and oral communication skills combined with outstanding presentation skills
Eager to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work multitasking under high pressure.
Enthusiasm for the media industry and digital online space.
