Job Overview : Reporting to Customer Services Lead, as an information bridge between customers, sales, production and other internal departments, to ensure all parties receive a high quality level of service and support.
Detail tasks as below :
Receive and monitor customer orders, price quote, new product code, quality...
Responsibility to increasing the sales for customers to be in charge (included the current product and new product).
Solve all matters relating to products, customer claims and other services.
Update and share the purchase order & forecast information to all related departments.
Follow data on sales online system
Cooperate with all related departments to hold the meeting.
Make the sales report to team leader (weekly, monthly)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Self-motivated, dedicated and good sense of customer communication.
University graduate, major in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
Have at least 01 year experience in same position. Experience in retail chain is an advantage.
Good skill in using Microsoft Office.
Experienced in operating call center system
Language : English.
