Job Overview : Reporting to Customer Services Lead, as an information bridge between customers, sales, production and other internal departments, to ensure all parties receive a high quality level of service and support.

Detail tasks as below :

  • Receive and monitor customer orders, price quote, new product code, quality...
  • Responsibility to increasing the sales for customers to be in charge (included the current product and new product).
  • Solve all matters relating to products, customer claims and other services.
  • Update and share the purchase order & forecast information to all related departments.
  • Follow data on sales online system
  • Cooperate with all related departments to hold the meeting.
  • Make the sales report to team leader (weekly, monthly)
  • Other job will be discussed more in the interview.

  • Self-motivated, dedicated and good sense of customer communication.
  • University graduate, major in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
  • Have at least 01 year experience in same position. Experience in retail chain is an advantage.
  • Good skill in using Microsoft Office.
  • Experienced in operating call center system
  • Language : English.
