Consult, develop, and execute the test plan / testing strategy for the projects.
Lead QC team to develop, maintain and execute testing for the product features during
development cycles. This includes conducting reviews, training the team on new testing
methodologies, guidelines, and best practices.
Participate in client meetings to discuss and agree on the testing activities to ensure that
engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Communicate clear and concise defect reports with project team and client representatives
Work with development teams to improve overall processes and push quality upstream.
Perform root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement in team efficiency and business
Research, develop and train the new technical skillsets for the team.
To perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Project Manager.
Have 6+ years of experience in software testing.
Strong experience in software testing for web and mobile applications.
Exprience in automation test, performance test and security test.
Proven testing experience working have successfully delivered from medium to large scale
Experience with agile / scrum methodology.
