We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.The Ninja Direct Team is looking for an operations leader who can design, influence and align between regional and local commercial and operations teams to drive implementation of operational initiatives and ensure high adherence to day to day activities.
He / She will also provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that Ninja Direct has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures as well as people systems in place to effectively grow the organization, build strategic relationship with vendors and other departments to ensure all needs are accommodated and organized, handling problem when it arises in order to ensure financial strength and efficiency in operation.
Organizational Development :
Build, Lead and manage the various teams and functions within the Ninja Direct Operations team. Drive organisational development by hiring top talent and producing top performing managers, and running a world class team.
Operations Management :
Architect and drive the end-to-end operational strategy for the business. Plan and executive key initiatives that contribute to operational excellence and business growth.
Design and implement key operational processes with the goal of optimizing operational and financial performance across the business, and ensuring that our services remain competitive.
Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations and the continuous achievement of operational SLAs and targets through hands-on management of the team and business.
Provide the business with visibility over the performance of our logistics and business operations by ensuring that all key metrics are tracked and reported by the team accurately and on time.
Vendor Management :
Ensure that all relationships with the logistics vendors that we work with are managed well with the goal of driving operational performance across our lanes.
Build a robust line up of vendors and business partners with the goal of ensuring product competitiveness and business continuity
4 - 7 years managing operations teams in financial institutions / logistics, management consulting or high growth start-ups
Proven track record to handle ambiguity in new product launches and implement operational flows to support to themPrior track record in effective cost management
Ability to manage team sizes greater than 5 and has experience working with commercial teamsBusiness Process Design, SQL, Intermediate Excel / Powerpoint
Education / Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Management( Operations Management) or other related function
