Position title :

Tenderand Project Management Leader

Mission :

Manage a technology ElectricalDistribution under Hub Execution Center. Responsible for the P&L ofcustomer projects, managing the balance sheet (working capital) and CustomerSatisfaction.

Include responsibility of building competitive organizationalset-up for Tender, Project Management, Engineering, Technical support to localbusiness (and by exception some support functions and sales support).

LeadApplication Center team to successful execution of customer projects, whileimproving profitability, cash generation, hit rate and customer satisfaction onbehalf of a Business Unit (BU).

Develop collaboration between all solutionsstakeholders in Font Offices, Segments, BU and GSC organizations. Insureconsistency of Application center delivery capacities & competitiveness interm of resources & expertise vs.

business trends and BU strategy (launchof new solutions, replacement of old ones, ...)

Scope & Environment :

within Vietnam Cluster (forthe Countries of Cambodia, Myanmar and Vietnam) under EAJ Central Hub ExecutionCenter (for the Countries of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam and Thailand)under Power System Division

Key responsibilities / activities

  • Insurestrong collaboration between Application center teams and key stakeholders fromCountries, Zones, Regions, Segments, Businesses and Global Customer Projectteams.
  • Managehierarchically multi-cultural Tender, Engineering, Project Management team(with by exception some support functions and sales support) to address thebusiness and meet financial objectives.
  • Insure structured Supply Chain, effectiveEHS and site management organizations serving center business.

  • Monitor,control, drive and report the performance of Customer project business withindefined geographical perimeter and technology.
  • Commit and achieve financial KPIs (Rolling Forecasts, Sales, cash, Grossmargins, )

    Insure effective sharing of customer feedback about technology specificsolutions within BU organizations (R&D, COE, Central teams, )

    Based on BUs, Segment and FOs business strategy, adapt center technical offers.

    Take a specific focus on effective implementation of Contract, Claim and ChangeOrder management processes within center teams

    Take active part of Customer Project’s gates and decision making reviews

  • Deliverhighest level of customer satisfaction and full sharing of customer focusculture within Application Center team.
  • Defineand implement within corresponding BU & geographies strong and robusttechnical expertise development strategy. Ensure Center teams are part ofexperts' community in line with business needs and enable to find within S other required technical expertise.
  • Evaluate which expertise are requiredwithin the Center.

  • Basedon deep market understanding and technology trends, anticipate business changesand their impacts on Application Center organization.
  • Mastersolution business risks and opportunities at center's portfolio level in orderto insure accurate risk coverage and mitigation with opportunities.
  • Supportimplementation and local application of Customer Project global governance(CPP, DOA, REL, SOCs, Project category, Global KPIs, ...).
  • Structure,build and recruit team members, optimizing resources to drive performancemanagement. Manage center overall workload vs.
  • business seasonality andfluctuations.

    Education

  • University Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering) and / orMaster Degree
  • Language requirements

  • Englishmandatory, Second language is a plus
  • Experience

  • 10 years minimum experience in Customer Project environment
  • Provenpeople management experience, ideally within multi-cultural, multi sites and / ormatrix organization
  • Selling& Executing customer projects in an international environment
  • Businessdeveloper mindset vs. Financials(cash and margin, CCO, )
  • Skills requirements

  • Teamplayer / builder to put in place collaborative climate to leverage diversity andimplement changes
  • Strongleadership skills (effective communication, collaboration, )
