  • Function 1 : Manage activities
  • Establish HR plan and deploy all Vietravel Australia’s department
  • Develop business strategy for short term, mid-term and long term
  • Manage and follow up all department progress
  • Evaluate performances and report to superior to make adjustment if necessary
  • Function 2 : Marketing and establish travel services development system
  • Build up marketing and PR plan and travel services development system according to Head quarter’s plan
  • Select communication channel and manage product’s distribution channel in market
  • Enlarge market development system to sell services by different means, associate with other individual, organization, business unit in Australia
  • Function 3 : Establish product / services :
  • Study and establish a variety of products / services to meet Australia market’s demand
  • Associate with suppliers to create a diversity of products / services
  • Cooperate with departments such as Leisure, MICE, Purchasing to create products / services adapted to clients for travel
  • Function 4 : Establish Corporate culture
  • Build up HR plan based on each employee needs and expectations.
  • Establish Conduct code, Corporate culture and Healthy work environment.
  • Develop work processes, coordinate with departments in Unit and with Head quarter.
