FBP- Deodorants will be in charge of total Deodorants P&L for Unilever Vietnam with functions include, but are not limited to :

Performance Management

Category performance management through annual business planning, monthly forecast, define and monitor key performances KPI from both category and channel perspectives.

Partner with across functional finance and operation team to identify business risks and opportunities and drive profitable growth of total Deodorant business.

Budget management including scheme approval, monthly closing & actual variance explanation. Other tasks related to system and hierarchy maintenance to ensure smooth operation of business.

Finance Business Partnering :

Support and challenge business decisions including promotion / brand and marketing investment in order to achieve a superior sustainable financial performance.

Independently provide financial information and analysis in a timely fashion with actionable recommendations for finance and business management.

Coordinate with cross functions to develop business cases for product launch and relaunch, as well as to revamp business models.
