Support RBVH Management with EHS-related matters
Support Management to deploy EHS and PRS policies and objectives
Support Management to assess the context of organization, EHS internal / external factors
Consult Management Team to establish Yearly EHS Objectives and Targets
Follow up and coordinate with Departments to achieve yearly EHS target
Evaluate Bosch & legal requirements on EHS and support Management to ensure the compliance
Coordinates with the region on HSE and Security matters
Implementation of risk management activities for the company
Manage and improve EHS MS
Make plan and coordinate HSE internal / external audits
Maintain ISO 14001 and 45001 certification
Develop EHS training programs to ensure the awareness and competency of RBVH associates
Coaching and leading HSE, PRS personnel and Cross Functional Team members
Arrange HSSE campaign and activities to associate.
Consolidate data and report on time as required.
Coordinates with the region on Security matters
Make and update Site Security Concept for the company
Update and evaluate Bosch and other requirements on PRS
Establish and maintain processes of access management, key management and security patrol
Manage security team
Manage CCTV and Access Control System
Manage asset management procedures
Manage hazardous substances and the disposal of chemicals.
Control contractor safety activities in plant and Project site.
Involve in internal and external audits related to physical security
Bring automation into PRS system
Engineering background and 4-6 years of experience in HSE
Experience on working multinational companies is a plus
At least 3-4-year experience in internal audit and compliance audit
Strong knowledge on EHS MS and ISO 14001 & 45001
Deep knowledge in Vietnamese laws
Experience on CCTV and Access Control System
Experience on establishing maintaining procedures
Good English communication (both speaking and writing skills)
Good problem solving and time management
Ability of working independently and teamwork
Willing to work under high pressure, self-motivation and learning.
