Job Description

Understanding and reviewing process documentation.

Raise IT request tickets, documentation tasks, admin tasks.

Following-up open request.

Other tasks if required.

Qualifications

4th-year-student at University.

Japanese : mainly reading and writing. N3 or higher is preferable. (N4 is insufficient).

English : reading, writing are ok. Speaking / Listening is not required.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, ).

Interested to work in Admin / Assistant tasks.

Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic, self-confidence to meet deadlines.

Personal Skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill.

Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Monthly Internship allowance + Meal & Parking allowance
