  • Under general direction, performs varied, difficult, sensitive and confidential office administrative and secretarial support functions for the General Manager and Deputy General Manager;
  • and performs related duties as assigned.

    Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities (Key Activities of the role)

  • Provides secretarial andadministrative support to the General Manager, Deputy General Manager.
  • Coordinates work with otherexecutive and support staff to ensure a high performance, customerservice-oriented work environment
  • Types and / or draftsmemoranda, correspondence, and other documents and reports often of a highlysensitive and confidential nature;
  • Ensures materials and reportsfor signature are accurate and complete; proofreads and checks typed and othermaterials for accuracy, completeness and compliance with District standards,policies and procedures.
  • Schedules, prepares agendaand meeting materials and types minutes for various meetings.
  • Maintains the GeneralManager’s, Deputy General Manager’s and calendars; coordinates, arranges andconfirms meetings.
  • Receives telephone calls,providing information and handling issues that may require sensitivity and useof sound, independent judgment.
  • Responds to requests forinformation and complaints, refers matters to appropriate District staff and / ortakes or recommends action to resolve the request or complaint.
  • Reviews, determines thepriority and routes incoming correspondence, reports, requests andinstructions; handles or refers matters as directed.
  • Acts as liaison incoordinating matters between the General Manager’s Office and other departmentheads and managers.
  • Refers or recommends referralof matters to appropriate departments and staff for action and report.
  • Researches and assemblesinformation from a variety of sources for the preparation of reports andcorrespondence for the General Manager.
  • Represents the GeneralManager’s office and the District on internal committees and task forces andwith external groups and organizations.
  • Storing and keeping allconfidential information
  • Preparing monthly operationalresults for meetings with other hotels
  • Taking minutes of DepartmentHeads / Ex.Com meeting as requested
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Diploma in Business or Secretarial Study
  • Experience Kinh nghiệm

    At least 2 years ofsecretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience
