The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the general strategic direction and implementation of all marketing initiatives.
You will plan, direct, collaborate with others in marketing as well as cross-functionally with other departments in the company to deliver marketing programs and conduct necessary research to assist in the development and execution of the Marketing Strategy for the brand.
Reporting to General Manager
Manage all day-to-day marketing functions, including providing support and direction for better sales results.
Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, strategic communications plan as well as a detailed brand strategy both short and long-range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and service.
Delivering communication, campaigns, car launches, roadshows, events program to ensure that brand presence is maximized and strategic objectives are met.
Coordinate with training to ensure sales and management has the proper level of training to match job requirements.
Direct research initiatives to organize segmentation efforts around a deeper understanding of customer needs.
Direct involvement in developing the Marketing budget as well day to day management of the budget.
Develop and implement a system to measure and track customer satisfaction along with multiple variables.
Participate in customer proposals, meeting coordination, and presentation development as needed.
Continually monitor competitive activities and strategies.
Other duties as required by the General Manager.
