Position : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Summary : This position is responsible for promoting company construction products to the market
Department : Building Materials Report to : Division Manager
Performance objectives :
Identifying and establishing contact with new potential customers proactively.
Reaching new and existing customers to promote the products and company through market research, making cold calls, and daily presentations to architects, contractors and owners.
Delivering presentation of the company products at conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.
Providing updated and adequate project to project sale staff.
Ensuring all Project information is updated in CRM and all agreed sources of information have been researched (include internal sources from divisions).
Ensuring that all Project information that the executive enter to CRM has been validated and confirmed.
Producing Sale Management report including key below statistics :
Proving ability to present AIM Company and products to various stake holders in order to secure various sources of information.
Requirements :
Minimum one-year related experience in construction, interior, hotel or restaurant field
Good presentation and communication both in English and Vietnamese
Proactive attitude, business mindset, passion for sales / business development
Self-directed, good problem-solving and team-working
