Mission of this role is to focus on developing new business with potential Chinese and Taiwanese customers & continuing to serve existing Chinese and Taiwanese customers in Vietnam, to be most competitive in the compressor market.
You will support the sales to Chinese and Taiwanese companies across all product portfolio and cooperating with local Business Line Managers.
You will base in either Binh Duong and covers South Vietnam markets. This role reports to General Manager.
Develop and implement strategy in order toimprove Atlas Copco’s business with all existing Chinese companies in Vietnam to maximize business for both equipment and aftermarket product.
Develop and enhance relationship with all Chinese EPC companies in Vietnam
Develop both internal and external channels (Chinese distributors, dealers or resellers) and increase our chances of closing all possible deals.
Support visit to customers together with sales team and distributors in order to understand customer and to promote good business relationship and Atlas Copco brand.
Join to develop a winning strategy to win over the concerned customers.
Develop a business plan with specific sales target for both machine product and service for improving market share and revenue for the next 3 years.
Sale to Regional Chinese customers : act as contact window to Atlas Copco Customer Centers in other countries, especially with AC China and support sale to new investment in Vietnam from Chinese customers.
Study market of Chinese customers and competitors; and find out areas for sale leads and business development.
Work in close collaboration with the Business Line Manager for a winning marketing plan to improve our business generation from Chinese companies.
You must have update the information on Chinese competitors, sales arguments and available tools are available at all times.
Strengthen strategy of value sales to win against competitors to Chinese customers.
Other tasks assigned to you on an ad-hoc basis.

Experience in sale with sale record to Chinese customers and good understanding of the Chinese culture and norms.
Agressive and active salesman
Fluent in Chinese language is a must, other language as an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn product spec and strategy for each of the Compressor Technique divisions.
Multi-cultural experience in global companies.
