Defining the category strategy for products in terms of P&L, assortment growth.
Driving the category pricing and marketing strategy, running the analysis to understand the impact of category decisions on the sales and profits and refining the strategy.
Developing existing relationships with Brands / Distributors.
Supporting the team members and act responsibly for the success of the company.

Preferably 1 year of proven career track as an MD - Beauty or Living Category specializing in the required category for an established retailer / distributor.
Proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external), a thorough understanding of the market, and strong relationships with main players.
Strong analytical acumen and comfort of generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses using advanced Excel and other Microsoft suite.
Ability to dissect and determine the root causes of problems and implement solutions.
E-commerce website management.
